    Show up. Your sessions are covered. No paperwork, no out-of-pocket cost — just the support you came for.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged $50. We understand life happens — just give us a heads up when you can.

Yes — therapy sessions qualify as eligible expenses for both Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. We accept HSA/FSA cards as payment at the time of service.

We bill your insurance directly as an in-network provider. You’re only responsible for your copay or coinsurance at the time of service. If you haven’t met your deductible, you may owe the full session fee until it’s reached — we’ll let you know upfront.

Yes — we have a limited number of sliding scale spots available based on financial need. Inquire during your initial consultation and we’ll discuss options. Availability is limited, so please ask early.
