Therapy should be accessible.
So should the price.
Clear rates, no hidden fees, and three ways to pay — because financial uncertainty shouldn’t be one more thing standing between you and support.
We accept
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your first session. Ask us for yours — we’re happy to provide it.
Need a lower rate?
We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who need financial support. Ask us during your consultation — we’ll do our best to make it work.
We bill your insurance directly.
You pay only your copay or coinsurance at the time of service. We handle the rest.

Before your first session
Coverage varies by plan. We recommend calling your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits before booking. Ask them:
Not sure what plan you have?
Contact us before booking and we’ll help verify your benefits — no commitment required. We want you to know exactly what to expect before your first session.
Your employer may already be paying for this.
Many employers offer EAP benefits that cover therapy sessions at no cost to you. We work with most major EAP providers.

Payment is due at the time of service for self-pay clients. If you’re using insurance, you’ll pay your copay or coinsurance at the time of your session. We’ll confirm your expected cost before your first appointment.
Self-pay rates apply, and we’ll work with you on sliding scale options if needed. You may also have EAP benefits through your employer that you’re not aware of — it’s worth checking before you pay out of pocket.
