My Approach

Most people who find me have already tried to logic their way out of something that has nothing to do with logic. They already know. They’ve known for a while—and they still haven’t moved. The gap between knowing and doing is usually where I come in.

I’m not here to fix you. You’re not broken. Something got buried under the expectations, the relationships, and the version of yourself you built for everyone else. It’s still there. I help you dig.

I’m not going to sit across from you and nod. I’m going to be in the room with you. I’m direct and warm. I’ll follow your lead, but I’ll also name what I notice. I’ll give you things to try in between sessions and we’ll adjust as we go. You’ll leave more curious, less critical.

You’ll start trusting yourself again in the moments that actually matter. If you’re in transition, navigating connection, or just somewhere you don’t quite recognize yourself, I might be who you’re looking for.
